Bra Better Rewards is a spend-based loyalty programme operated by Bendon Limited in New Zealand and Bendon Australia Pty Ltd in Australia. The Programme rewards eligible members based on qualifying purchases made in their country of residence.
Membership is free and available to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Eligible spend and Level status are calculated separately in each country. Spend cannot be combined, transferred or redeemed across Australia and New Zealand. Benefits apply only in the country where the qualifying purchase was made.
Bra Better Rewards is not a credit, savings or financial product.
Eligibility
To join Bra Better Rewards, you must:
Members under 18 years of age may join only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Bendon may request confirmation of consent and suspend or cancel membership if it is not provided.
Membership is limited to one account per individual. Bendon employees and contractors are not eligible unless expressly authorised.
Bendon may refuse, suspend or terminate membership where misuse, fraud, abuse or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.
Eligible Spend
Level status is based on eligible purchases made in the member’s country of residence, either online or in participating Bendon Retail and Outlet stores.

Returned or refunded purchases will be deducted from eligible spend and may result in a downgrade of Level status.
If eligible spend is reversed after a Level benefit has been issued, Bendon may adjust Level status or cancel associated benefits.
Level Structure and Qualification
Level status is determined by eligible spend within a rolling 12-month period, calculated 365 days from the date of each purchase.

All thresholds are in local currency: AUD in Australia and NZD in New Zealand.
Level status may increase or decrease as qualifying purchases are made or as earlier purchases fall outside the 12 month period.
Bendon may adjust Level thresholds, provided reasonable notice is given where required by law.
Level Review and Updates
Level status is assessed on a rolling basis and may update daily. Most purchases and Level changes will appear within 48 hours.
During promotional or peak trading periods, updates may take up to 5 working days.
Bendon may correct errors relating to eligible spend, Level calculation or benefit allocation at any time.
Where an error results in a material disadvantage to a member, Bendon will use reasonable endeavours to notify the member.
Member Benefits
Benefits vary by Level and are subject to availability. Certain benefits may:

Bendon may update, replace or withdraw benefits from time to time. Where changes materially reduce benefits, reasonable notice will be provided.
Accounts and Communications
Membership is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, merged or sold.
If duplicate accounts are identified, Bendon may consolidate or determine which account applies, acting reasonably.
Members may cancel membership at any time by contacting Customer Care. Upon cancellation, unused benefits may be forfeited.
Marketing communications are optional. Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS at any time.
However, certain Programme communications, including Level updates and reward notifications, are considered service communications and may still be sent where permitted by law.
If a member opts out of marketing communications, they may not receive certain promotional benefits.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected in connection with Bra Better Rewards is handled in accordance with Bendon’s Privacy Policy. Bendon collects, holds and uses personal information in connection with Bra Better Rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws in Australia and New Zealand.
By joining the Programme, you acknowledge that Bendon may collect personal information including your name, contact details, purchase history, transaction data, engagement data and any other information reasonably required to administer your membership.
Personal information is collected and used to:
Bendon may disclose personal information to related companies, service providers, technology partners and advisers who assist in operating the Programme, including providers of customer relationship management systems, payment processing, marketing platforms, analytics and data storage.
Some service providers may be located outside Australia or New Zealand. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, Bendon will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time, however certain service communications relating to membership, rewards and Programme administration may still be sent where permitted by law.
Members have the right to request access to, and correction of, their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Further information about how Bendon handles personal information, including how to make a privacy complaint, is set out in Bendon’s Privacy Policy.
Programme Changes
Bendon may amend, suspend or terminate Bra Better Rewards at any time. Where changes materially disadvantage members, Bendon will provide reasonable notice unless immediate change is required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
Bendon’s decisions regarding the Programme are final except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
Suspension and Cancellation for Misconduct
Bendon may cancel membership, refuse benefit redemption or reverse eligible spend where fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
Where appropriate, Bendon may investigate suspicious activity and may request additional verification.
Decisions will be made acting reasonably.
