At Bendon we are always wanting to help you Bra Better, here are some of our most common questions about our Infinity Multi-way bra

  • A multiway (or convertible) bra features detachable straps and multiple hook locations on the band and cups. This allows you to configure the straps into criss-cross, halter, one-shoulder, low-back, or fully strapless styles depending on what your outfit demands.  

  • Yes! The Bendon Infinity includes a specialized low-back waist strap attachment. This wraps around your waist to lower the back band by several inches while keeping the cups secure.

  • While clear straps might catch a tiny bit of light, they blend in smoothly against the skin from a distance. They provide strap security under sheer fabrics or thin lace without drawing attention.

  • With over 80% of women wearing the wrong size bra, its important to check how your bra feels when you wear it.

    Common signs are:

    • Underwire feels uncomfortable 
    • Straps feel too tight, or too loose sliding off your shoulder
    • Bulging over the top of the cups 
    • The bra strap rides up at the back 
    • The centre front is too loose or digs in 

  • There are some telltale signs that it might be time for a bra fitting.

    • Your bra is uncomfortable, loose, or not feeling like its supporting you anymore
    • You’ve never been fitted before
    • You’ve changed your clothing size
    • You’re pregnant, or have recently had a baby
    • Your body has gone through some other sort of life changes.

    It’s a good idea to get fitted every time you buy a new bra, to ensure your new bra fits perfectly.  We understand that may not always be possible, so a fitting every 12 months is a good habit to get into. 

  • Ideally getting a bra fitting every 12 months should help you to feel comfortable and supported. Or if you have gone through a big life change like surgery, pregnancy, weight changes this can be sooner. Or if you are able we offer free bra fittings which take less than 3 minutes - and you can keep your clothes on to check your size.

    • We'll measure you (over your clothes) with a tape measure.
    • We’ll talk with you about what you like and are looking for in a bra, be it colour, fabric or occasion.
    • Once you’re in your fave, we’ll check your fit and make any adjustments to ensure your fit is perfect. You are welcome to bring different outfits to your fitting if you’re looking for a bra to wear for an occasion or want something that will work for multiple looks.
