    Brief

    The purchase on line process was confusing. Buy 4 for the price of 2 was not well shown. The web site description showed quantity 4 off. It did not explain that you needed to select quantity 4. The way I read it, if I had selected quantity 4, I would have been purchasing 16 pairs.
